Funds Movement Report
What is the report for?
The Funds Movement Report allows you to independently check your balance and reconcile all financial transactions for a selected period without contacting Support.
The report includes top-ups, task-related expenses, deductions, and the opening and closing balances for the selected period.
How do I generate a report?
- Go to the Finances section.
- Click Funds Movement Report.
- Select the reporting period and language.
- Click Generate Report.
The report is not generated instantly. Once the request has been created, you can find it in the Funds Movement Reports tab.
What period can I generate a report for?
The reporting period is selected by month. It is not possible to select a specific day.
The following presets are available:
- Previous month
- Current quarter
- Previous year
You can also specify a custom period manually.
Which time zone is used for dates?
All dates in the report are calculated using GMT+3.
What format is the report available in?
The report is available for download in XLSX format.
Which transactions are included in the report?
Only completed transactions are included:
- Tasks in their final status.
- Top-ups in their final status.
- Completed deductions.
Transactions that are still in progress are not included in the report.
What information is included in the report?
The report includes:
- Opening balance.
- Top-up amounts including VAT.
- Task amounts including commission and VAT.
- Deduction amounts including VAT, if applicable.
- Closing balance.
How is the closing balance calculated?
The closing balance is calculated using the following formula:
Top-ups including VAT − task amounts including commission and VAT − deduction amounts including VAT.
What additional columns are available in the report?
The following basic columns are always displayed:
- Task amounts including commission and VAT.
- Top-up amounts including VAT.
You can also enable the following columns using the checkboxes in the report settings form:
- Amount excluding VAT.
- Commission amount.
- VAT amount.
Why isn't the report ready immediately after I click “Generate Report”?
The report is generated in a queue because the system needs to compile detailed information about all transactions for the selected period.
The report status changes as it is being generated:
- Queued — the request has been received and is awaiting processing.
- Generating — the system is generating the report.
- Ready — the report has been generated and is available for download.
Once the report is ready, a download link will appear.
Which languages is the report available in?
The report is available in Russian and English.
Select the desired language in the settings form before generating the report.
Why is the “Deductions including VAT” column missing from the report?
The Deductions including VAT column is displayed only if deductions were made during the selected period.
If there were no deductions, the column is automatically hidden.
Which sheets are included in the report file?
In addition to the main table, the file contains three detailed sheets:
- Tasks — detailed information about task-related transactions.
- Top-ups — detailed information about top-ups.
- Deductions — detailed information about deductions.
What should I do if the report contains incorrect data?
If you notice discrepancies or incorrect data:
- Contact Support.
- Specify the period covered by the report.
- Describe which data appears to be incorrect.
This will help the Support team investigate the issue more quickly.
