Working as an individual entrepreneur (ИП) in MadeTask

Can I work in the service as an Individual Entrepreneur (ИП)?

Yes. We support working as an individual, a self-employed contractor, or an Individual Entrepreneur (ИП).

Registration for users with Individual Entrepreneur status is the same as for other contractors.

What information is required to update my status to Individual Entrepreneur?

To switch your status to IE, send the following to Support via @madetask_help_bot:

• INN (ИНН - Taxpayer Identification Number)
• OGRNIP (ОГРНИП - Primary State Registration Number for Individual Entrepreneurs)

Once the status is confirmed, payouts can only be made to your Individual Entrepreneur business bank account.

How do I get closing documents?

Closing documents are generated in your account under the Documents tab. Available documents for Individual Entrepreneur contractors:

• Invoice – generated after each payout. The invoice is issued under the offer agreement only; task numbers are not included.
• Acceptance Certificate (per task) – generated for each completed task.
• Acceptance Certificate (per payout) – generated for each payout. The task number and date are based on the last closed task.

• Self-billing invoice – generated after a task is closed.

  
  

Do I need to pay taxes on income from MadeTask?

Yes. All taxes are included in the Individual Entrepreneur’s compensation and must be paid independently.

Do my services need to match my registered OKVED (ОКВЭД) codes?

Yes. Individual Entrepreneur must have OKVED (ОКВЭД) activity codes that cover the services you provide and the income you receive.

Do I need to complete KYC verification?

Verification is required if you need to withdraw funds above the set limits.

How does an Individual Entrepreneur contractor receive payment?

Payments are transferred to the Individual Entrepreneur business bank account listed in your profile.

To request a payout: Finances → Request Payout.

Processing time: 1–2 business days.

Is the task submission process different for Individual Entrepreneur contractors?

No. Posting and managing tasks works the same regardless of your tax status.
