Customer Invitation

A contractor can independently invite a customer to collaborate via the platform.

Sending an Invitation

To invite a customer, the contractor needs to:

  1. Go to the “Customers” section.
  2. Click the “Invite Customer” button.

  3. In the pop-up window, enter the customer’s email address.

Note: Only one customer can be invited at a time.


Viewing the List of Invited Customers

After sending the invitation, the contractor can track its status under the “Invited” tab. This section displays all sent invitations.

Important: Once the customer registers using the invitation, their name will no longer appear in the “Invited” tab. It will move to the “Active” tab.

Invitation Email

After the invitation is sent, the customer will receive an email with a link to accept it.

Accepting the Invitation

To accept the invitation, the customer must:

  1. Follow the link in the email.

  2. Fill in the registration form.

  3. Click the “Create account” button.
