Failed payout notifications for customers
This feature is available to customers who work via registry uploads or API. It allows them to automatically receive daily email reports of payouts that were not successfully processed.
How the report is generated
Once every 24 hours, the system compiles a list of payouts that received the final status “cancelled” during the previous day. At 10:00 AM UTC, an email is sent to the client with an attached XLS report.
The report includes payouts with the status “cancelled” for the time period:
00:00 – 23:59 (UTC) of the previous day.
Example:
On Tuesday at 10:00 AM UTC, the client receives a report containing payouts that were cancelled on Monday between 00:00 and 23:59 (UTC).
How to Enable or Disable Notifications
Via the сustomer personal account
Go to the Settings section and check or uncheck the box next to “Receive notifications about canceled payouts”
