1. How to prepare the data?
Before uploading data for bulk contractor verification, follow these steps:

- Open example.xlsx and fill in the required details for each contractor:
- Email (must be unique and match the registered account).
- Document type (select from the dropdown list in the template).
- Country (also select from the dropdown list).
2. How to create the archive?
- Place the completed contractors.xlsx file in the root folder of the archive.
- Create a separate folder for each contractor:
- Folder name = contractor’s email (as listed in the spreadsheet).
- Example: For worker@gmail.com, create a folder named worker@gmail.com/.
- Add document photos to the respective contractor folders:
- Passport: One photo (any filename).
- ID card / Residence permit:
- Front side – filename must start with "front" (e.g., front_side.jpg).
- Back side – filename must start with "back" (e.g., back_side.jpg).
3. How to check the archive before uploading?
Ensure your archive structure matches the following example:
documents.zip/
> contractors.xlsx
> email1@example.com/
-> passport_page.jpg
> email2@example.com/
-> front_side.jpg -> back_side.jpg
Before uploading, verify that all files are correctly placed in their respective folders and named according to the requirements.
