When does the conversion occur for the customer?
The conversion depends on the following: the currency of replenishment, the operating currency (account balance currency), and the currency in which tasks are set.
- The currency of replenishment is the currency in which MadeTask invoices the customer. This is the currency that will be credited to the platform's settlement account.
- The operating currency or account balance currency is the currency in which the customer's account balance is topped up.
If the deposit currency differs from the account balance currency, a conversion will occur. The amount will be converted into the account balance currency.
Additionally, tasks can be assigned in any of the operational currencies (EUR, USD, RUB). However, if the currency of the assigned tasks differs from the account balance currency, a conversion fee will also apply.
