How is the transfer of intellectual rights ensured when working with our contractors?

The objects of Intellectual property rights are the results of intellectual activity, intellectual property, all types of copyright objects, including scientific work, literature, and art protected by copyright, software for electronic computing machines, databases, performances, phonograms, videos, audio, photos, other visual images, inventions, trade secrets (know-how), trade names, trademarks and service marks, geographical indications, names of places of origin of goods, and commercial designations of any kind, the creation of which and the transfer of intellectual rights is required and carried out during the performance of specific works and services.  

According to the MadeTask public offer, at the time of acceptance of the Works/Services, the contractor fully and irrevocably transfers to the customer the intellectual rights to all objects of intellectual property included in the Result of the performed work/service, for the entire period during which applicable law protects such Intellectual property rights, without restrictions and encumbrances.
