How is the transfer of intellectual rights ensured when working with our contractors?

Intellectual property objects include the results of intellectual activity, intellectual property, and all types of copyrightable works, including: works of science, literature, and art; computer programs and databases; performances, phonograms, video, audio, photos, and other visual materials; inventions, trade secrets (know-how); trade names, trademarks, service marks, geographical indications, and designations of origin; commercial designations of any kind.

The creation and transfer of intellectual property rights for these objects are required and carried out when performing specific Tasks and Services.

According to the MadeTask offer agreement, at the moment of acceptance of the completed Tasks/Services, the contractor fully and irrevocably transfers to MadeTask the intellectual property rights to all intellectual property objects included in the results of the work/service. This transfer applies for the entire term during which protection is provided by applicable law, without limitations or encumbrances. MadeTask, in turn, transfers these rights to the Client.
