How to sign up?

Step 1: To sign up on the platform as a client:

  1. Go to the registration page and select the "Customer" tab.
  2. Complete the form by filling:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number and password
  1. Review and accept the terms of service, the offer agreement, and the privacy policy, including the processing and protection of personal data.


4. Once all the required fields have been filled in, click the "Sign up" button.


5. Then, a verification email will be automatically sent to the provided email address. 


6. The email will contain a link to activate your account — click on the activation link in the email to complete the sign up process.


7. You will be redirected to a confirmation page on the platform, confirming that your email has been successfully verified. From there, you can proceed to the login page and access your customer account by entering your email and password.


Step 2: Company Information

Upon your first login to the personal account, you will need to provide information about your company:

  • Company name – enter the official name, including the full legal form (e.g. Limited Liability Company, Individual entrepreneur, etc.)
  • Full name of the head or representative – the person acting on behalf of the company based on the incorporation documents or a power of attorney
  • Country of company registration


Step 3: Fill in Additional Information

After completing the first part of the company information, the next section will appear, requiring you to provide:

  • Company ID
  • Legal address
  • Postal address  
  • TIN  
  • BAN  
  • Operating currency – this is the currency of your account balance (see the "Currency and Conversion" section for more details)
  • Company website or LinkedIn profile
  • Description of business activities (e.g., business consulting, outsourcing/staffing development, CPA platform, digital agency, etc.)
  • Licenses/permits, if required by the legislation of the company's registration country

These details are necessary to complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process (see the KYB section).
